We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to report any issues.
To request a return or replacement, please contact us at sreenaturals12@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

Please note that customers will have to self-ship the product if requested. We currently do not provide a Reverse Pick-Up facility.
Self-shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, leaking, or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, if applicable.
Conditions for Refund or Replacement
– Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving a damaged, defective, expired, leaking, or incorrect product.
– If we have shipped the wrong product, we will provide a replacement or refund.
– Refunds or replacements are applicable only for products that are damaged during transit, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched and delivered. However, if a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount, including shipping charges (if applicable), will be refunded.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
The bank typically takes 5 to 8 business/working days to credit the refunded amount to the original bank account or card from the date of refund (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays).
